Where is HyperLaunch HQ?

I'm literally getting a migraine and pulling out my hair trying to find HyperLaunch HQ.  I'm trying to follow a video installing Emulators and Roms to Hyperspin and I can't seem to find the HyperLaunch HQ the guy clicks in the video.  I've searched the end of the Internet and no viable link or information to download HyperLaunch HQ.

That's the video I got from this website.  He uses a different HyperLaunch.

The hyperlaunch program has now been renamed to Rocketlauncher.

Download rocketlauncher..... you will find rocketlauncherhq in there.
