anyone have a guide on setting up a horifight stick to the rocketlauncher, hyperspin and roms?

hey guys,

 

does anyone have a guide on setting up a horifight stick to the rocketlauncher, hyperspin and roms? i tried to look on google but didnt have alot of luck. i did find this video but it was losing me slightly

 

other seem to be in french. im a newb and generally need things spelt out to me

What seems to be the problem with it?  Does Windows not see it, or does the programs not see it?

well now everything seems to see it well sort of. windows sees it. but then when i try to set it up in rocketlauncher and i go to configure the buttons they dont seem to save and i dont think its right when i click in the program on rocketlauncher to set it up as the arcade icon says "rocketlauncherui" instead of hyperspin and the other says rocketlauncher. really would love a video that works very close to detail like your tutorials mate
