eXoDos and DOSBox question

it seems the  "Setup eXoDOS.bat" puts the dosbox.conf in a romname folder, and the the dosbox module looks for the file in the full name folder.

for example:

this is where the file is:

G:\Microsoft MS-DOS\Games\!dos\2400ad\dosbox.conf
 
this is where the module looks for it:
G:\Microsoft MS-DOS\Games\!dos\2400 AD (1988)\dosbox.conf

 

what am i missing?
