DosBox for Dummies in HS?

I have managed to get dosbox to work with most of my old dos games. I simply drag the EXE onto DOSBOX.exe and it runs.  I have no idea how or what is required to have dosbox setup in HS.  Is there a simple walk through on how this is done? I am not sure if there is a folder structure etc... i am an idiot

I'm away from my setup but I know there is heaps of great info in the module notes for dosbox (rocketlauncher).
