Fromlostdays Posted January 16, 2016 Posted January 16, 2016 My plan for this weekend is to embark on an epic journey through Final Fantasy 8, emulated via retroarch. My concern is that I'm going to get to disk 2 and my saves won't work or transfer over etc in RA. From reading around, I gather the best route is to use an m3u file pointing to cue files. I'm doing this, but wanting someone to confirm this works, and if this doesn't, point me in the right direction to a reliable way to swap disks / saves via RA. Thanks! Walter:beerglass:
Styphelus Posted January 20, 2016 Posted January 20, 2016 You need to create a m3u file to be able to swap disks. However, i highly recommend you use ePSXe for the PS1. You will get much better graphics with it and will be able to swap disks without having to create additional files. Check Gigapig's Build 1.07. He has a ready to use and properlly setup ePSXe emu in there. http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/12368-hs-buildhs-build-hyperspin-14-50-systems-v107/
