RocketLauncher failing to load MAME JoyToKey Profile *Need Help*

Here is the log I'm seeing.  I've been banging my head against the wall trying to get a MAME profile setup for the past week.  I have a 2 player arcade setup with 6 action buttons each and a player and admin button for each player as well.  I need a keymapper working so I can leverage the shift commands as I don't have enough keys otherwise to do admin type commands.
