Trouble playing some mp4 videos and not others?

I finally got my hyperspin all setup, last thing is the videos. Well i downloaded a bunch from this site

Every video from there works great. Then i tried the two main sites that most people use, i think emumovie and i cant remember the other. There videos are also in MP4 format, and do work when played from the desktop. But for whatever reason will not play in hyperspin. Anybody have any idea's? Thanks

what gfx card are you using, i know with the intel intergrated hd4000 card i had to turn off somthing to do with flash, then they would play

Its the arcadevga video card. I believe it is a ATI HD5450, its the one with 1gb ram.

I got all the videos going. Didnt find out why it wouldn't play those certain videos from those websites. But i just went on Youtube and downloaded the clips that were on there.
