What is the keyboard default key for starting games in WinVICE????

Hey all.

 

This is driving me mad. What is the key to start games for c64 winvice? I load games and cant get past the intro screen.

Depends on the game or the cracktro.

Some may use the odd function keys (f1 f3) others may use run/stop which I think is caps lock.

It's a good idea to have the game instructions to hand or have them in Hyperbase.

Thanks Giga I tried those on 1943 with no luck. Where is the best place to get than info since i dont have the manual

Hadn't you tried bashing all the keys first, lol.

And are you really going to play the C64 version or is it a test?

All I could find was to have the joystick in port 2.

Thanks for the link. I am looking to play the c64 games off an arcade cabinet setup. I followed the austin guide using winvice. I think its just a question if I can map all the necessary keyboard buttons to my arcade setup. If it doesnt work, walk away happy enough.
