Updated and now loading screen music won't stop

Love the loading music for launching games but it's a bit much when it keeps playing while the game is up and running. This only started since updating to 1.0.1.2

A friend of mine has this same problem I was thinking it was his cpu wasn't loading it everything fast enough put I could never figure it out. I am going to follow this post.
