chillinwater
Open mame in Mameui32fx or similar mame gui, -in the folders section, select "available". -then right click on "available"and select\add filters, "non-working", "no-clones" -then left click the mamegui file tab and at the bottom select create roms text file. -copy contents to the clipboard and upload to Hyperion website to create a database. -Download and save to HyperSpin\Databases\Mame\Mame-Filtered.xml -Select "G" default genre key in hyperSpin\mame wheel to see the Mame-Filtered wheel. or to make that list pop up first, -rename the original mame.xml to Mame-ALL.xml and rename the Mame-Filtered.xml to Mame.xml (name the xmls to whatever you want but Mame.xml will be the first wheel to pop-up always)
schfiftyFive
You can create a 'working' rom only list. Might what to have a read through This Thread. Also when you edit your xml in notepad, make sure not to delete any tags you need.
