Wheel fade/transparent

Hello, is there a way to make the wheel fade out fully or make it more transparent after u stop scrolling games/systems? It stays on top of some of the themes im using and ruins the look.

the first line of the main menu.ini

 

alpha=.8

 

this value goes from 0 to 1

 

the lower the value the more transparent the wheel will be

So u change main menu.ini but when u go into others like mame.ini ect ect there is also a alpha line, most are set at .15, what does that change if i change that value?
