epsx rocketlauncher settings problem

hello when i play epsx emulator with rocket launcher the settings will be changed but in the rocketlauncher user interface there be other settings and it change but only these settings will be every time changed 

 

texture filtering 

hires textures

fullscreen filter

 

this option will be tunred off automaticly but i allready activate these options in the settings file ....

i dont know why it turned off every time 

when i change these options without rocket launcher these settings is allready activated but rocktet launcher turned them off 

i need help
