hyperlaunch.dll error

I just switched over to rocketlauncher and hyperspin frontend is starting fine with all systems however when I go to choose a game from Mame I get the error message error creating object they might be something wrong with dll file 

module extensions/hyperlaunch.dll  I do have new rocketlauncher.dll file. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hello hope every one is doing good , i went to update my hs setup but iam getting an error massage when i try to launch a game  from RQ i saw this thread and it sounds almost like what iam going thru except i already followed that video guide but for some reason iam getting this error massage/  as shown in pic can any one help me with this please .
