Near76 Posted October 12, 2016 Posted October 12, 2016 Any chance someone can post a database that is matched to the ROM sets currently available for the Atari 2600? I have yet to find one that matches the database that comes with Hyperspin and would prefer not to mess around with the tool application if I don't have to. For some reason this has proven to be the most difficult console to configure. Thanks in advance! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Near76 Posted October 12, 2016 Author Posted October 12, 2016 Most people use the official databases and you didn't even mention the specific set you want a database built for (do not post any links to the set). You have 2 options: spend 5 minutes using a renaming app like the one in Don's HS Tools, or use a tool (like Create HyperList in Don's or through RLUI) to create a database around your set. However, if you create one based around your set you'll also have to rename all the wheels, themes, carts, boxes, vids, etc. because they're all named to match the official database.Thank you and my apologies for the lack of detail. I have two sets, Good2600 and RomHunter 11.0, if there is a pre-existing database for either of those that that can be posted that would be great. If not, I can try the renaming app you suggested which I assume tries to rename the files to match the database. Thanks again.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Near76 Posted October 12, 2016 Author Posted October 12, 2016 That, or get the matching set from PD. [emoji3] Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk

I've tried, but can't find anything that matches there either.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
phulshof Posted October 12, 2016 Posted October 12, 2016 Search for HyperSpin; there's a combined 1.0 set there if I'm not mistaken. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
