I shield tv 500gb installed hyperspin I followed all the steps I can not start the roms I can not edit the .ini files do I need to write to make it work

Hi, 

why can't you edit the .ini files?

you really will need to do that. Open them in any text editor (ES file explorer with keyboard or Notepad or better is Notpad++ on PC)
