Error Any help Appreciated

I have finally installed C64 on the Eternal drive, have installed the bezels and videos and artwork when I run the games list in rocketlauncher most are now green but when I try and run them I get this error..

 

From what I can tell it is saying I don't have a .ini file in the emulator Am I just missing the .ini file and if so how can I get one or make one..

 

I have set the path for emulator VICE in my emulators folder and set to the x64.exe but am I totally missing something

 

Any help is muchly appreciated if it means I can play old C64 games..

 

I also see in module notes its telling me how and where to do make a ini file but I just cant for the life of me fine where ? That's the second pic I have attached so I am slowly getting there but just cant see what they are saying ... In global/ settings or commodore64 settings ..

just went on youtube and saw a tutorial showing myself Vice attached in pic 1 he has a menu bar above...

 

but in pic 2 my Vice does not have this menu bar Am I missing something , should I have a menu bar like pic 1?????

 

Any help would be greatful I just wanna get C64 working . I have all my games in auditing green so I just gotta hopefully fix this and I am good to play old games again..

It should of course have that menu bar if you are running the x64.exe from the Winvice folder. I would rename your vice.ini and have Winvice create a new one. Failing that grab my 60 system build from the downloads section and use the Winvice included with that. 

Or just download it from the main site and start again.

Thanks mate , I just downloaded a new one and set the emulators towards the path , then opened up emulator and found I now have a menu at the top.. went into settings and clicked save settings on exit and BOOM I now play c64 games... Thanks again..

 

This has happened twice now I have downloaded a file and it does not come complete. but fixed now
