Even after replacing my mame64.exe with this directinput-ready version, it still doesn't work at all with Xpadder. I'm not sure if it's an issue on my end or not, but I can't get DI to work with this for the life of me.

well there is no force anymore patch... everything is done on the ini file now.... maybe he might be using and old patch which break inputs.
just my opinion
