Using Xbox 360 wireless controller for menu

Hey Everyone ,

 

I have been offline for a few weeks and now I am back online just wanting to know if anyone can help me out,

 

I have recently bought a xbox360 controller with the dongle and while I have the hyper spin on my external hard drive I am playing a few games and  I have connected everything up I have also bought xpadder and have made a few configs for playing the controller on games and different emulators

 

My only real problem is I cant seem to figure out how to use the controller to scroll through hyper spin main menus and select wheels and then game roms..

 

Any ideas if anyone has a thread  about this before as I cant find them.

 

Just want to know how to set up the controller for hyper spin menu and play the games as well and exit with controller instead of pressing escape button on my laptop.

 

I have looked at hyper launch HQ but I read that many people have a heap of issues setting it up and that there is a bug/ any ideas if this will be fixed by anyone ?

For the exit key, you can add gamepad controls in RocketLauncher. It's best to have a combination of multiple buttons so you don't accidently hit the one exit key.

It's found under Global --> Settings --> Main settings --> Exit emulator key.
