Hyperspin not responding to buttons

Hey guys, I am brand new to posting on this forum but I recently bought a custom hyperspin 2 player cabinet, and ive had a couple issues that I cant seem to figure out.

1. If I open hyperspin and start playing right away, everything works fine. But If I open and leave it on for 10-20 minutes as you can see in the video, it becomes unresponsive to anything. I have to forcequit and open again.

2. As soon as I open hyperspin to run, all of my fans automatically kick in to overdrive including my 850 watt corsair power supply it would seem that my computer is definitely powerful enough to run this with ease. I put pictures of #s before opening HS and #s after opening HS.

Can anyone help a newbie!

Thanks

Jordan

Sounds like a sleeping HDD. Some hdd hibernate if you don't access them for a while to save power.. Turn on attract mode to solve this.

As for the fans, Don't fiddle if you don't know what you doing :D Custom fan curves can usually be adjusted in the bios or third party apps... at 65c should be close to 90% rpm just in case

Thanks jfp, where is attract mode, and does my fan usage look abnormal to you?

Just go into power settings -> edit plan-> advanced power setting under had drives youll see it... if it doesn't work change it back as this strains HDD in the long run ...... attract mode is probably already on in hyperspinHQ

Can't say about the fans.. try setting everything on auto then run your most intensive game to check temp readings

Yah you were right about the hd, it shut off in 20 min. So i set to never for now to try. I also set it to automatic fans. Will test mkx or sfV and see what happens! Thank you

Yeah man nothing else is running. Just hyperspin. Will check again though. The person who built it told me to install the new version of hyperspin. 1.4 ibelieve?

All of your issues here are really strange... I've never experienced anything like them.

What version of Windows are you running, and do you have any antivirus running?

I also didnt build this, i sent some of my pc parts for this guy to build who does custom builds. He barely responds anymore which is why im on here.

i Have similar issues in games.. The controllers have to be on when the games starts otherwise they won't work, and if they goto sleep i have to restart the game.. I'm using xbox 360 controllers..

BTW the XBOX 360 receiver driver was updated in win10 and can causes problems.. if its x360 controllers try rolling back drivers https://www.s-config.com/chinese-xbox-360-wireless-receiver-driver-setup/

and for my cab i've got a jamma soo i can't help there.. alt tab and check devices and printers to see if your joysticks are actually working..
