Anybody seen this prompt in RL?

atomiswave works fine in standalone, but RL won't launch it.

dreamcast/Naomi works fine in RL with demul but atomiswave is giving me this prompt.

Now I went snooping in the rocketlauncher global settings folder , found the global emulators ini file and demul is correct , because it is running Naomi/dreamcast without issue inside Hyperspin.

and demul is running atomiswave in standalone, just not in RL/Hyperspin
