And the games that have been detected have same extensions as the other ones, idk why they are detected and the other aren't Here is a screenshot: Hope You can help me..
thenoob Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 ----^ what he said. need to download the XML/DAT And clrmame or a likewise program to rename your set! hit up YouTube for further info and search. It's easy once you understand it!
SirWolf Posted March 9, 2017 Author Posted March 9, 2017 Okay, i used don's hyperspin tools and it works, but now i have another problem. When i use load the games on rocketlauncher with retroarch only a porcion of the game video shows. Hope you can help me.
SirWolf Posted March 9, 2017 Author Posted March 9, 2017 Also. How can I take out that n64 "controller thingy" on both sides? I dont like it.
thenoob Posted March 9, 2017 Posted March 9, 2017 You've got bezels turned on. in RL, select whatever system you will see a tab called bezels click it - make sure at the top i think it says "enabled" make sure it says "false" you can also do the same under "global" tab, that will be every system wide. i think there is a setting in global or system selected, called fullscree , make sure that's set to true. i know In retroarch there's a full screen option.
thenoob Posted March 11, 2017 Posted March 11, 2017 You talking about the joypad prompt? You have to configure your control in RA. what controller are you using??
SirWolf Posted March 12, 2017 Author Posted March 12, 2017 Not that. I already figured it out on the settings, but i cant get hyperspin to load saved settings on retroarch
thenoob Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Did you save your current "working" config in retroarch before you exit it? get retroarch working the way you want it, save your configure in RA, quit it, then reopen it. See if the setup is the same. make sure RA is saving your config properly.then move to HS. Always dial in your emulator first before adding to hS, makes troubleshooting way easier . try that.
SirWolf Posted March 12, 2017 Author Posted March 12, 2017 I did save the config with my settings. I just dont know how to replace the settings that i saved to hyperspin. When I did custom settings in retroarch folder it worked. But idk how to save the settings to "mupen64"
thenoob Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Ok. what controller are you using? And are you using the same controller for all the emulators in RA? i ask because I did a much easier setup for a lot of systems in RA without opening retroarch and I can tell you how.
SirWolf Posted March 12, 2017 Author Posted March 12, 2017 I managed to figure it out. Just did retroarch config and renamed the new file to Nintendo 64 and deleted the old one. Thank for all the Help
