Couple question about setting the controllers up. Do i need xpadder at all? Do i set the controllers up individually in the different emu's or within RL or HS?

How many are you trying g to setup? 

Take it from me, do everything 1 emulator at a time. Get it working good, understand the emulator, and move on to the next.

the amount of info to learn can be overwhelming, but if you do this 1 emu at a time you'll be fine.
