Roadrunner Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Anyone want to help a brother out? Turned on my cabinet tonight and the computer inside (which normally turns on) did nothing. I had to manually turn it on and got a bios screen. I didn't know what to do there and so exited out. Went to start windows normally and was able to get things started. The resolution on everything was all wrong. Tried to go into windows but it was very buggy. Can still get things going but something's obviously very messed up now. Anyone have any ideas here? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance. Roadrunner Atari 2600 Theme Pack - Now Uploaded! Roadrunner Posted March 15, 2017 Author Posted March 15, 2017 Worse than I thought... crap. I went to run a game and I get a custom intro screen now... and the game won't play. It's like everything's been set to a default here... I'm thinking I'll probably just have to a cloned version of this and reload it. That still doesn't solve my auto-on auto-off program but should hopefully fix everything else. Daaaaamn... Atari 2600 Theme Pack - Now Uploaded! Metalzoic Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 So did your HDD die? Or your hardware? Or was it a power surge etc...? Sent from my SM-G935V
Roadrunner Posted June 17, 2017 Author Posted June 17, 2017 Been a while since I've been on here... My PC had two hard drives in it and it seems there was a boot conflict. Seems to be working okay now. I've cloned it and will have a backup for the next time this kind of thing happens. Atari 2600 Theme Pack - Now Uploaded!
