The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

Hyper HQ "ROM Only" button

Sorry if this has already been posted but my searches have gotten me no where. Been avoiding this issue for a while but my OCD is getting the better of me as of late. If I go into Hyper Spin and I have ROMs Only selected under my Navigation Theme tab for any system except for MAME, hyperspin does not allow me to click on that system I have set it for. Instead it reloads the wheel with all of the consoles. If I unclick this box however every game from the database shows up and the ones I do have I can click on and play just fines (which throws out the idea of it being the rom path which was the only thing I could think of). The only other idea I have besides the rom path would be that it reads MAME roms as zip files since that is there natural state but won't recognize consoles when they are still kept in zip files? Hoping there is a button or some config command I rewrote in the past to override it for MAME that I can do with the systems but right now I am at a loss. Any ideas as I would hate to have a game I don't have showing and someone clicking to an error message or the game just never loading.

You may have the wrong extension in the hyperHQ.

Go back to hyperHq and where you see the rom path location, check below and you will see a box for the extensions. write the extensions like: zip,7z,iso .... etc, depending what roms you are using

This means that hyperspin didn't find any roms with the extensions you declared on HyperHQ, as I explained above. I assumed you put the right location of the roms, so check the extensions.
