mar00n Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Hey, I have suddenly inherited this problem. Any game I choose for the 3DO and I get this message Any tips? 17:35:40:156 | HL | ERROR | +9500 | CRC Check - CRC does not match for this Extension. Please re-download this file to continue using HyperLaunch: C:\Hyperspin\Hyperlaunch\Module Extensions\xpath.ahk I have replaced that file but still nothing. The problem seems to be with xpath.ahk, I have tried everything now and nothing works. I have even turned off 7z and extracted a game, same message. Owens8176 Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Tried Searching everywhere. Has anyone come up with a solution to this error. I am using 4do emulator with RL. Emulator works with outside of Hyperspin
bleasby Posted May 6, 2014 Posted May 6, 2014 Usually this means that you do not have the most up to date files. Did you updated your hyperlaunch install through Git? When asking for help for RocketLauncher, POST ON THE RLAUNCHER.NET FORUMS! Also, please post your RocketLauncher.log with logging level set to troubleshooting in pastebin (set the log level in RocketLauncherUI, global system > General Settings -> RocketLauncher). Ass. mar00n Posted May 7, 2014 Author Posted May 7, 2014 It says the same thing for freedo too. I never found a way to get it working. I updated hyperlaunch. Did nothing.. Owens8176 Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Yep updated here too. Tried everything. Gonna Try clean install on different machine and see if it works
DamnedRegistrations Posted May 7, 2014 Posted May 7, 2014 Weird, 4DO works fine in Hyperlaunch for me. Maybe there's something wrong with xpath.ahk on git so you guys are grabbing a bad version? I don't know. Here, try mine and see if it helps: xpath.ahk
Owens8176 Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 Weird, 4DO works fine in Hyperlaunch for me. Maybe there's something wrong with xpath.ahk on git so you guys are grabbing a bad version? I don't know. Here, try mine and see if it helps:xpath.ahk Thanks for the try. But no luck. Did get it working on fresh install on new machine (running windows 7 64bit). I did try a fresh install off a different dir on mame machine (which is running windows xp) and got same crc check error. So am at a lost now.
DamnedRegistrations Posted May 8, 2014 Posted May 8, 2014 That is odd. I'm also on Win 7 64-bit where 4DO is working fine, so maybe this a problem with just Windows XP. You'd need to ask DJVJ about this issue because I have no idea how to help. Make a topic over in here: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?42-HyperLaunch-Support
mar00n Posted May 8, 2014 Author Posted May 8, 2014 I think it is an XP problem. I did a clean install and set up only the 3DO. The same problem. I'm gonna install windows 7 tonight and just start over My Hyperspin system so far: Atari 5200 100% -Atari Jaguar 100% -Atari Lynx 100% -Gameboy 100% -Gameboy Color 100% -NEC TurboGrafx- 16 100% -Nintendo 64 100% -Nintendo Entertainment System 100% -Nintendo Gameboy Advance 100% -Nintendo Virtual Boy 100% -Sega 32X 100% - Sega CD 100% -Sega Game Gear 100% -Sega Genesis 100% - Sega Master System 100% -Sega Model 2 100% -Sega Saturn 100% -SNK Neo Geo 100% -SNK Neo Geo Pocket Color 100% -Super Nintendo System 100%
