"Cannot find launcher" for all games & systems using HFSBOX15K setup

Hi! :)

I´m a recent fan of Hyperspin, and so far have put about 20 hours into getting stuff working. Not quite there yet, unfortunately :)

I have the HFSBOX15K setup on my windows 10 PC (eventually I want it on my Shield Android TV, but first I just want to get something working on PC).

Without ANY modifications in any of the settings, I get "Cannot find launcher" error message when starting any game for any system (all else is working in Hyperspin, e.g. all art, wheels, etc.). I have double-checked multiple times that the RocketLauncher.exe file is indeed where all file paths are pointing to, and i just cant understand why it cant launch it.

It seems to me there is some misconfiguration about the HyperLaunch/RocketLauncher name change confusion, which gets the setup to not find the proper launcher. OR, maybe some effect of other instances of RocketLauncher i have installed in other attempt setups? Maybe some registry problem?

Pleeease, if anyone can assist! I´ll happily provide more details if needed!

Im just on the verge of finally understanding how all the settings interplay with each other, and this is soooo frustrating:)

This is what the (start of) SNES ini file looks like, for example:

[exe info]
path=\HFSBox15k\RocketLauncher\
rompath=
userompath=true
exe=RocketLauncher.exe
romextension=zip,7z,chd,rar
parameters="Super Nintendo Entertainment System" -f "\HFSBox15k\HyperSpin.exe" -p "HyperSpin"

And this is the start of the hyperspin settings.ini looks like:

[Main]
Menu_Mode=multi
Single_Mode_Name=MAME
Enable_Exit_Menu=true
Enable_Exit=true
Exit_Default=yes
Exit_Action=exit
Version=1.0.0.0
Last_System=Sega Mega Drive
Hyperlaunch_Path=\HFSBox15k\RocketLauncher\
