Nestopia Controller disconnected warning on start

I can play NES games with my control panel on xbox 360 controllers. When I launch nestopia with my xbox 360 controllers disconnected it says it could not find the controllers do I want to change my config and I always say no. Is there a way in nestopia to have it not prompt about this?
