8bitdo SFC30 Gamepad

Hello. I am able to use a ps4 controller or a fighting stick to control hyperspin main menu and a lot of emulators (sega genesis, snes, nes, gameboy...)... It is also possible to use a Xbox controller but when I plug in the 8bitdo sfc30 controller, nothing works.

can`t remember having set up the other controllers in joytokey or so. So my question is... are all the other controllers "plug and play" ? Can I configure the new controller without deleting the button mapping for all the other controllers? kind regards NEO

I am having a similar issue. I can map the controls for my 8Bitdo Nes30 Pro in HyperHQ, a button press will skip the intro video when loading but from there nothing works.
