RocketLauncher seems to be jumping between JoyToKey profiles while in the HyperSpin menu. ?Help?

Expert help requested:I have a newly configured HS 1.4 & RL setup to use JoytoKey and have set the profiles for in the RL Keymapper for "RocketLauncher", "HyperSpin", and "Profile 1". When launching HyperSpin it works for the first system change 50% of the time after which point the system no longer responds to the movement of the joysticks or buttons. (The current workaround is to go out to JoytoKey and highlight the "other profile", either HyperSpin or RocketLauncher depending on which was the active profile prior to becoming non responsive to all input.I have disabled Windows defender and given admin rights to all the exe's in addition to confirming the full read/write access to the directory structure but have had no improvement to the initial problem.Any ideas are welcome!Help?

The system is Windows 10 Pro and  RL, Joytokey, and HS are all the latest versions (as of 7/23/2017).
