HyperSpin XML Bidouilleur 0.6 download?

Recently I had a hard disk fail on me that had all my emulators, artwork, roms and utilities. I am starting over from scratch and I cannot find a neat little program used to edit HS databases. It is a program called HyperSpin XML Bidouilleur 0.6. I used it quite a lot and I don't have it backed up anywhere.

If anybody out there has this program please upload it somewhere. I can't even find it in google. It's a great program too. Thanks to anyone who can help out.

Never heard of this program so thanks for putting me on. Havent tried it yet but this looks awesome. Surprised  more people dont mention this
