nicco84 Posted April 28, 2014 Posted April 28, 2014 Hi, I've already seen this post http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?15363-Hibernate-instead-of-shutdown but using this method PC will hibernate after hyperspin exit... So when I start PC I will see desktop. Is there a way to hibernate with hyperspin running? Thanks to everyone
Agrajag Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 I can't test this as I'm at work, but I think if you create a batch file containing the hibernate command (shutdown /h) then you could use a keyboard shortcut to execute this while HyperSpin is running. HyperSpin behaving oddly? Read about known bugs here: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/topic/4590-known-bugs-and-handy-hints-for-hyperspin/ The installer for HyperSpin now includes HyperLaunch 2. nicco84 Posted April 29, 2014 Author Posted April 29, 2014 Thnx agrajag, I already try this way but not always the buttons combo work when hyperspin is active. I think is better go inside the code of hyperHQ and change the shutdown method... But I don't know how! This could be a great tweak in next release
dragon57 Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 I have set my Windows OS to hibernate after so many minutes of inactivity. It seems to work fine. I do plan to setup a button combo on my cab to force a hibernate, but haven't done so yet.
