I am having doubts to configure Pinball Fx2, I would like to configure it to open the desktop directly, because in the way that this, it opens the main menu.

I think you want to launch directly to the table. If that is the case make sure your game is the latest version and you have cabinet support which you should see at the bottom of the menu screen.
