ok guys hope you can help. everything has been going great with my install. last night I was trying a game and I haven't set the buttons up or anything so I went thru the whole keyboard trying to find the button I needed. however in the process I must of hit a key that turned something off in my messing around. when I start up hyperspin and/or use any controls to navigate inside hyperspin I get this error message: USB ERROR, PLEASE CHECK SIGN IN IS CONNECTED

what should I do, thanks for your time and input. I promise not to hit all the keys ever again.
