circletheory Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Hey Guys, I'm been having trouble finding specific wheel art for DOS games that I remember playing. Mainly from the 1990 to 1992 era. I went ahead and made some wheel art and videos (mp4). You can find them at the emumovies FTP site under: /Upload Here/circletheory/Microsoft MS-DOS Wheel Art (made by me) /Upload Here/circletheory/Microsoft MS-DOS Video (made by me) Here are some samples: Enjoy! circletheory
tgh Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 Nice i loved my dos games Street Rod 1 was so much fun / Street Rod 2 was alot more challenging I couldn't find that directory /Upload Here/circletheory/Microsoft MS-DOS Wheel Art (made by me) /Upload Here/circletheory/Microsoft MS-DOS Video (made by me) I did find the 3d box art directory, I am very grateful for your hard work. I haven't gotten around to installing my sierra collection yet but I found your 3d art for the SIERRA GAMES THANK YOU Is it possible to reupload the Microsoft MS-DOS Wheel Art & video when ever you get a chance Thanks in advance TGH
circletheory Posted May 2, 2014 Author Posted May 2, 2014 Hmm ... I just checked the FTP and its there. I wonder if there's some sort of permissions thing going on. In any case, I set the file permissions to READ for ALL groups. I hope this makes it visible. As for Street Rod 1 and 2, oh man, I LOVED those two games. Since I was a part of the BBS scene in the early 90s, I've always felt partial to DOS games more than any console system.

But I too am grateful for those!!
tgh Posted May 2, 2014 Posted May 2, 2014 Thanks for trying to resolve the issue for me As shown in the screen shot, this is what i see Its good to know you still have it in the ftp Since I was a part of the BBS scene in the early 90s, I've always felt partial to DOS games more than any console system. I know the feeing, i spent 1 year working on my webserver building a library of jdosbox games Now hyperspin has taken over this project TGH
circletheory Posted May 3, 2014 Author Posted May 3, 2014 Ah! I see what the problem is. That screenshot is from the Hyperspin FTP -- I was referring to the emumovies FTP. Its funny because I TOTALLY forgot I made those! Those pieces of artwork are from over 2 years ago! I haven't been able to log onto the Hyperspin FTP for quite some time so I gave up and just used the emumovies one. In any case, I'll re-investigate why I cannot log into my Hyperspin FTP.
circletheory Posted May 3, 2014 Author Posted May 3, 2014 Ok, I've now synced my EMUMOVIES FTP files with my HYPERSPIN FTP files. Man, I had totally forgotten that I made those 3D Box artwork!! I've had two kids in the past three years, so my brain is a majorly jumbled ... Enjoy!
tgh Posted May 3, 2014 Posted May 3, 2014 You did write they are hosted in EMUMOVIES. I dont know how that went straight passed me. I havent yet had a good look in Emumovies ftp site. By me going to the wrong ftp site we both won. You got your boxart back & I got excellent dos material. Thanks Again TGH
