The HyperSpin 2 early access beta is here!

We’re starting the first public testing phase with Platinum Members to keep the scope manageable while we test the current feature set and begin to add more. In the future, we’ll provide a version for basic members as well.  On behalf of the entire HyperSpin team, we look forward to another exciting adventure with our community.

Hi, and of course Newbie setup issues :)

When asking for help for RocketLauncher, please post your HyperLaunch.log with logging level set to troubleshooting. You can set the logging level to troubleshooting in HyperLaunchHQ in the global system under General Settings -> HyperLaunch. To post the log copy ALL of the contents of the log and paste it either into your post or a pastebin link.

Thank you,

Ok, So here is an update. For the heck of it. I pulled a spare Mac Pro out of storage and loaded it with Windows 7, and copied my Hyperspin setup to that system.

The problems have gone away.

Could this have all along been a system performance issue? Not that the system I had slated for the cabinet was a bad machine (Core i7) with 8GB. The Mac Pro is Dual Xeon with 16GB ram and a lesser ATI video card (1GB vs a newer 2GB card).

If performance was it, I'm shocked, since I didn't really enabled a lot of the Hyperspin goodies, but, this problem is resolved by switching machines. Odd?

Dont think it is performance. I use a quadcore 3rd gen i5. Might be something on your windows profile. Make sure fade is off. Dont remember of you said you saw hyperlaunch.exe running or not in task manager. Test a new windows profile maybe. Wierd indeed. Good luck.
