MAME 0.192 ctrlr HELP

I can't get mame 0.192 to pick up my ctrlr folder for my custom controls. I had this working in 0.172 just fine

 

Is there something different I have to do?

 

I have the path set to ctrlr in my ini file and my ini path to ini and all my ini files are in the ini folder and all my ctrlr files are in the ctrlr folder.

 

Any help would be appreciated
