mame launching issues

I have been trying to fix this issue for days and cant figure it out.  Everything in hyperspin/rocketlauncher working great with consoles (nes, snes, etc.)  However, when i try to launch a mame game the window pops up saying "Search for app in store?  You need to install an app for this task.  YES NO" .  It doesn't matter if i select yes or no Mame will still launch, however it doesnt launch by popping up.  i have to move my mouse down to the task bar at the bottom and click on the MAME icon.  then it opens and works great.  but this is an issue as i am putting this system in an arcade cabinet and i dont want to do this everytime.  i attached photos of before launching, the window that popped up, and after launching.  You can see how MAME opened but is just an icon on the bottom and not visual.  any help please.
