HyperHQ screen glitched

So for my work, my boss has set up a pc to be used as a gaming cabinet. The files from one drive (that everything worked perfectly on) were copied to another drive. When we boot up HyperHq this screen appears: https://imgur.com/a/ACt1c any thoughts on this and how to fix it?

Hey Dan, welcome!

I have seen that glitch (happened to me); it was when I moved my HS complete folder from one PC to another.

Try downloading HS+patch again in the new PC, extracting it to a clean folder (as if it were a brand new HS installation), and run HyperHQ (without placing any of all your stuff in that new HS setup just yet).
If you see that HyperHQ looks alright, then proceed moving the folders of Databases, Emulators, Media, etc. to it, without overwriting the main system/exe files.
