ePSXe 2.0 don't work for me

Im trying to make works ePSXe 2.0 with my HyperSpin but the only thing that happens is the next screen:

And that's all, the screen stay in that controller image "Standard" and the game don't run. In the emulator all works perfect, the problem is when i try to run the game through HyperSpin. I spend some hours trying to fix this and i can't. I even tried change the emulator ePSXe for RetroArch, but this last even don't works with psx games

All the help with this will be very appreciate it.
