where can I find that  dolphin.ini   file

Try looking in your C:\\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\Config folder

Should be in there.

that means i have to download the dolphin emultator, install it and take out the ini.file and then put it in Hyperspin dolphin emulator folderl?

I didn't find the dolphin emulator on the Hyperspin drive
