Rom not booting up

Bit of a problem, forgot where to look but, roms run when in rocketlauncher but when I want to run the rom in hyperspin it does nothing. Can anyone direct me to where I should be looking.

HS is not hooked up to RL like its suppose to be. Look in HS/Settings/settings.ini and make sure path to RL.exe is correct.
