Need help! (can't find launcher)

Guys,please help me! I've downloaded 1.5.1 unpacked to HyperSpion folder,replaced files and after loading of HyperSpin I'm trying to start any emulator,but I have only  "can't find launcher" message.

Please help to fix the problem! ((

I'm having this exact problem as well. Mine doesn't give me the on screen warning though. When I select a game it just sits there. When you look in the log it says "Can't find launcher. Defaulting to root HyperLaunch" or something along those lines. I tried changing paths in HyperHQ and the settings folders. I re-downloaded the full HyperSpin and started from scratch and still having the problem.
