Mame Intro Video Not loading

When I am on the mame emulator instead of a video it is a frizzled blue/black static with the audio can someone help me

You'll need to be more specific.

"When I'm on the emulator..." - Running it? Looking at your MAME wheel? Looking at the games WITHIN the wheel? Starting a game?

If you find the video in your filesystem and try to play it, what happens?

What have you tried to fix it, so far?

ok when i am on the wheel hovering over MAME instead of the video supposed to be running there is just scrambled black and blue and the video plays fine when i go into my filesystem

What graphics processor are you using? Integrated or a dedicated card?

Also I find it odd you only have 1 video, or is it just 1 vid that dies this?
