HyperTheme Not working

hello,

recently I realized while trying to make a theme recently that hypertheme will not start up. I'll attach an image to show what pops up for me. I've tried downloading and reinstalling, I tried changing the compatibility settings and so far nothing has worked. 

As for computer and specs and all that if needed:

OS: Windows 10 Home Ver. 1803 (Build: 17134.286)
RAM: 16GB
Processor: Intel Core i7-7700HQ (2.80GHz)

Lo mejor es bloquear las actualizaciones de windows 10 son varios amigos que sufren este problema también con RL, Uso windows 7 y no tengo estos problemas suerte....
