Startup program don't run!

Happy Christmas guys!
I've an urgent problem to solve

I am making a new PC for arcade and film, running Hyperspin on a Windows 10 x64 machine (windows defender already disabled)

i have configured all the emulator including KODI but hyperspin is laggy when i use the builted in joystick control (via HyperHQ)
HyperHQ run slow (i don't know why) and that show me the directory for example of the startup program are always White, but setting.ini are saved
So i tried to use "Hyperspin Startup Script" but i noticed that on my pc don't work... i get no response, the ahk script downloaded with the script for testing joystick are working, it show me the correct button name but not the analogic stick.
so i placed a random exe (cpu-z) in the startup program, run hyperspin.exe and from the task manager i discovered that the program don't open at all! the log file show me no error, even if i try to point to a non-existing exe file.

Tryed to make a frontend profile in rocketlauncherUI using joy to key but it doesn't work...

I need urgent help, i need to finish this work in this week because the pc it'a a Christmas gift for a friend!

EDIT: following this thread regarding JoytoKey i need to place JTK in the startup folder, is it a good idea? because most of my configured system use JTK, is Hyperspin able to change profile without no issue and revert to default when i exit to main menù?

Just an update,
I solved the not-running-startup-program, probably some issue with a runtime, installing "All in one runtime" fixed the problem...

Hyperspin startup script don't work , it doesn't do anything.

Following the thread linked in the first post i created an hyperspin profile in joytokey but the one created in "RocketlauncherUI" don't work, all the keymapper setting seems to be ok.

So i need to try add joytokey at the startup program (instead of the script) and create a JTK profile linked with with hyperspin.exe and one for kodi.exe (because this second one run outside rocketlauncher and i need to "clear" the old profile).

Any suggestion?
