I dont know where to start.  I was on here yesterday.  Long story short I ordered a plug and play 2 player multicade pedestal with 2 steering wheels and track ball. I not knowing what i was ordering.  My fault, but i got it and it doesn't work correctly.  Im playing gaming system example: n64 or sega player 1 and player 2 buttons are different. Example nba Jam player 1 buttom 5 is pass, but player 2 button 5 is shoot.  If that makes sense.  Not sure why steering wheel only works for a handful of games.  Cant play player 1 vs player 2 in driving games. Game sometime just goes black.  On driving games that do work you turn the wheel right and the object goes left on the screen.

Someone scammed you and sold you a half assed build by the sounds of it.

Your going to have to do some googling and work out how to assign controls correctly in what I assume is Mame.
