Can only launch 1 game, to play any other I need to restart PC

I currently have an issue where if I launch a game, once I quit it I can not launch any other game regardless of emulator via hyperspin (windows 10).  I can navigate the wheels, select different system, view games just cant launch any.  If I restart PC and launch hyperspin, I can select a game (mame, neo geo) and play, but once I escape out of it same problem.  I can launch them manually via rocketlauncherUI.  Any help with this would be much appreciated.

Sounds like when you are exiting a game it is not exitying correctly.

Next time it happens, hold ctrl,alt and delete for the task manager and see if any emulators are still running in the background.

If so go and check your exit button and change if required.

Also make sure you disable anti virus, firewall etc at all times when using Hyperspin (or set exclusions)

Thanks for the reply.  It seems to be only when I use a neo geo emulator fbalpha.  If I quit hyperspin then in task manager quit rocketlauncherui it all starts to work again.  I think I will just use a different emulator for neo geo.
