XNIF Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Ok let me start explaining my setup. I have build a really cool bartop. I thought I just be quick by getting a 2TB disk from someone and use that so it would save a lot of work. Well it does not and I am getting really frustrated ! I have watched a lot of tutorial videos in setting in up, but nothing seem to work. Emul upgraded from 5.6 to 5.8.2 since it performs better in my setup. I used to same folder structure as the original, but for some reason it hangs on the hypersplash screen. What I did is I renamed the old folder to "Atomiswave_old" and made a new folder for Atomiswave. I used the same AHK file... is there something I forgot? I just do not understand why! I checked the AHK file, but I do not know If things are different between the version....? The old version worked fine! Any help is very much appreciated, and I did try a lot myself. Used the search and watch tons of youtube movies! When I start the emulator it standalone it works fine, but using hyperlaunch it stops on the splashscreen! Please!! Help me! For what I see in the logging it cannot start the roms and it says something like cannot start "" . So it seems a variable in the script is empty but for what I can see the path directories are set up correctly
lucafonso Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 you said you used same ahk, why not use 582 ahk file?
XNIF Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 you said you used same ahk, why not use 582 ahk file? I cannot find a 582 AHK file. Can you point me to it?
gigapig Posted June 7, 2014 Posted June 7, 2014 Your system probably isn't up to date, you best set up GIT That will get you the latest modules and update HL. Also grab Version 1.0.13.0 of HLHQ from the downloads section, if you haven't already. And if you need help always post your log.
XNIF Posted June 7, 2014 Author Posted June 7, 2014 No.. It's not up to date... But i fixed it! I think i will setup git now.
