Video Snaps only work for SOME emulators

I have hyperspin working great, with the exception that I cannot get the video snaps to work for my Model 3, and Atomiswave.

I have the paths set to hyperspin/media/EMULATOR/video on all.  (working and not)

I am using mp4s in all.  
The Mp4's are working outside of hyperspin.
I've taken the mp4's that are NOT working in hyperspin, renamed them to names of games in MAME (which the video snaps work fine), and the mp4 will play fine.  I've also done the opposite, taking a mame video snap and rename it to a model 3 game, and it won't pull anything up for the Model 3 (just black screen).  So I am pretty sure that it is NOT the mp4 itself.

All my settings appear to be the same for both the emulators that do have working video snaps, and for those that do not have working video snaps.

I'm out of ideas.

Just to clarify, I think its actually ..hyperspin/media/SYSTEM/video

So for SNES for example you would not use a snes9x folder. It would be "Super Nintendo Entertainment System".

Assuming this is what you meant anyway, the next thing I would do is try a different default system theme. Maybe the video placeholder is not right in those themes???

I actually just figured this out a few hours ago, but your post would have helped too.

Yes, it was indeed the the theme.  My theme had been deleted in both systems that weren't working.
