Unable to install 8TB hyperspin drive from www.NOTALLOWED.com

Hi,

I am new to the Hyperspin arcade world and after buying a small arcade cabinet with a Raspberry Pi3, I decided to go for a Hyperspin PC version. The Pi3 arcade works fine, but I wanted more games and more power, so the only solution is to go for a pc version.

After looking around on the internet, it was obvious to me that I wanted to buy a complete system on an external Hard drive, 8 TB. I thought it was plug and play. Well, this is definitely not the case. I bought an external drive from “NOTALLOWED”.
The 8TB drive is full with software and there is an guide to install everything, but it does not work. With a new, clean windows 10 install, I followed the guide.

I made sure that the Hyperspin drive is D. (as stated in the guide)
I turned off Windows defender completely, UAC completely down, no firewall. There is not more I can do. For safety reasons, I use a computer, with only Windows 10, no personal files, nothing. If this computer crashed, gets a virus or whatever, it's not a problem.

So I log on with my name as a user (and administrator), when I want to install  the program (as administrator), at system32, I get 'access denied', everywhere. I can not change these files to get full access, Windows won't let me. Well, after all these 'access denied', all the rest gets installed and at the end, the Hyperspin icon is in my taskbar, and after a few seconds, it vanishes again, nowhere to be found on my C drive. On my C drive, Hyperspin is not installed. Nothing actually.
I tried this several times, but no deal, always access denied and nothing installed.
I made sure to run the installer as administrator.
I emailed NOTALLOWED several times but the help I got was to turn of any antivirus (defender) and made sure that Defender stayed off. That was already the case, so that did not help.

So, the next thing I tried was creating a new 'Administrator ' account and tried all the above. This time I did not get any 'system32 access denied', so there was a little hope. The installer went trough everything without any problem now, I thought.
At the end the installer says that i Hyperspin icon is in the taskbar. Yes, for a few seconds, then the icon disappears again. Again, nowhere to be found.

I went to my C drive to look for Hyperspin files, ... nothing. Reboot, reboot, well, nothing. I am in Windows 10, but nothing else.

NOTALLOWED could not help me. This is unacceptable. I got the advise to look for a solution on this forum.

I use windows 10, version 1909. 1 TB hard disc, AMD A10 processor.

So, I will be very grateful if someone can explain to me how to install this drive ?

I am happy to give more information, needed to get this to work.
